Only had problems so far.

We have had a very bad experience with our new refrigerator and we are still waiting for a service call to fix the water and ice on a brand new refrigerator. The ice and water haven’t worked since day 1.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Fridge, more space on the inside, but you do lose a little space on the door due to the ice maker, but other than that no issues at all

We really like the “stain free look” especially with the Grandkids! Plenty of ice and we use the water dispenser all the time, it has plenty of room for us!

Efficient but noisy

Very clean looking inside and out and love the black sides however this refrigerator is a lot louder than my previous GE Profile purchased in 2009.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, Congratulations on your new refrigerator! We're delighted to hear you love the sleek appearance and black sides. The foam insulation used in new models has excellent insulating capabilities and is very energy efficient, however, it's not as sound absorbent as previously used fiberglass insulation. Depending on the placement of the refrigerator in your kitchen, you may want to place a piece of rubber backed carpet beneath the refrigerator to help reduce the sounds. Pretty good

Some observations :
1. Temperature setting isn't accurate. We set the refrigerator temp to 37, 2 separate thermometers showed 40, setting the temp to 35 gets the temperature to 38.
2. You can't pull out the drawers on the right without opening both doors. The left side is OK
3. The motor, or compressor is noisier than any refrigerator we've had in 20+ years.
4. The freezer door isn't nearly as easy to open as our old Samsung.
5. The way the milk container shelf is set up hides a lower shelf. My wife couldn't see the shelf.
