Worst fridge ever

This product has been the absolute worst. Just after our 1 year warranty expired, the water started majorly leaking out the ice maker. I changed the filter, and it still does this. It’s now also leaking around the whole water console, spilling out as you get a glass of water. We’ve tried all the troubleshooting tricks, and it’s just not working. I want my money back!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Water spigot too far forward

Only complaint is water spigot too far forward. Can’t press glass against lever because water will go on floor

Looks beautiful

Love the look of this refrigerator but the design is odd. There's a lighting the center top that is in the way of tall items, such as a pitcher or tall bottle. One of the drawers go all the way across so you have to open both doors to access it. One of the doors swings wildly open you don't keep a hand on it. Then it makes a loud click when you shut it. Finally, the water spout is angled oddly and is not tall enough for taller water bottles so it's easy to spill when filling up

Temperature fluctuation

The frig and freezer are set at recommended settings 37°/0° F. The top and bottom frig shelf temps are reading different. The actual freezer temp is -5° F. As shown in the pictures. Also, the this unit has had a weird sound since new. I was told by the appliance store it was a break in thing. The sound is still there, just not as bad or loud. This frig was delivered 9 months ago, but only has just a little over 6 months of use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ares near the cooling vents, typically in the back of the unit, will be slightly cooler. From your pictures, we also noticed your refrigerator does not have much in it. This will affect the unit and cause greater fluctuations in temperature. We recommend keeping it around 3/4 full to hold in the cool air. this will also help the efficiency of the unit and save energy.
