Good: very spacious. Looks really good. Nice amount of options without being overwhelmed. Nice features like shelves that slide. Good fruit and vegetable drawers. Good ice production.
Not so good: Wish the water dispenser pressure would be more robust.
Clips for the handle broke on first day. Ordering new handle clips.
Cooling system is MUCH louder than expected. The only reason why I would NOT recommend this model is the most annoying up and down pitch from the cooling system, but apparently that is 'normal' according to the manuel. We are going to live with it, but hard time recommending it.

Don’t love the ice dispenser

Any kind of ice (crushed, cube) sprays out all over my floor. It’s annoying. And the shelves are poorly designed. Not deep enough for many items such as bottles and jars. However, I like the color and style very much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty but needs improvement

This refrigerator looks great. I like the deep freezer and the drawers up top. The shelves are removable so you can place them however you like. However, I do wish the storage in the doors were deeper.
At installation, I was told to place a napkin under the dispenser to catch water dripping. I assumed this was just for the initial filtering. But every we use the water dispenser, it drips afterward. It constantly has to be wiped so as to not leave watermarks or begin pooling under the dispenser plate.
The doors also spring back towards you if you do not push them all the way closed. I learned this the hard way since my refrigerator is next to a wall. After pushing it and walking away, I would hear it bang against the wall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is not unusual to see a few drops of water dripping from the dispenser after having dispensed water. This is caused by pressure on the water line and changes in temperature causing some condensation to form and drip. On models with a grill drip tray, you will need to be removed periodically and wiped dry. If water continues to drip long after the glass has been removed, service may be necessary. You can schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
