A Superior Replacement to previous model

This model was a warranty replacement for a brand new defective (discontinued) model we had purchased and is far superior to that refrigerator. All features function properly and the unit is so quiet, much better than the previous unit. We have had no problems since this was delivered 2 months ago. Fingerprint resistant feature is a huge plus. The freezer capacity is very good for this unit. The shelving configuration is not as good and ability to store tall products (juice, milk, condiments) is constraint by the small folding shelf (does not have a lot of depth)

Amazing Appliance

This fridge has been great full of storage for all the items my kids like to throw into the fridge. The shelves move to accommodate weird shaped items. The alarm feature is a favorite because my kids love to leave the door open and the alert reminds them to shut the fridge.

This GE frig is SWEET!

The refrigerator is flawless. The finish is perfect and easy to keep clean. The inside is roomy and designed well. I hate bending over searching for what I need but this setup keeps things nearly eye level. It runs quiet and cools well within all the zones (crisper's, etc) with adjustments to fit your needs. The two style ice modes (cubed or crushed) works perfect and can produce a full bin of ice in a day. The thru the door water works as it should and the filter that serves both the ice maker and water spout is easily accessible to replace. The freezer is divided by a top tray that slides inward to access the lower freezer bin. Both spaces are very large and holds a lot of frozen product.The size fits well into a standard hole and easily pulls out on it's wheels to access the rear for cleaning, etc. Overall, I'm totally satisfied with this GE product and will buy again when the time comes!!

I love the layout of the refrigerator. It allows for optimal storage. I like the freezer being on the bottom and it also has maximum storage space.

Not Great. Not Horrible.

Loud. Small ice maker. Freezer handle keeps falling off, however it is easy to put back on. Other than that, works as a refrigerator should. Nothing special. The refrigerator was part of the appliance package for our house (new construction), so we really didn't have a choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really like the layout and features. Love the finish. Finish does not show fingerprints. Lots of room. Only complaint is it's a little noisy; not terrible but it is rarely silent.
