The refrigerator is a little loud when it runs. The water dispenser drips after use and the door doesn’t stay open and swings back to shut if you don’t hold it open. Inside lights are nice and the freezer drawer opens every time you open the freezer
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This fridge does a good job of keeping things cold and not freezing things in corners. Seems to hold a lot but it’s hard to organize. Also, the motor is loud and the freezer drawer is really loud. No sneaking ice cream here.

Compared with my old ge side by side, this unit has a much better access layout. That said, the drawer materials are much flimsier and their workings less smooth than the older unit. I do not expect to get the ten years of trouble free operation that I got from the old one

Only 1 ice maker that doesn't produce alot...no option to add a second one either. The ice maker is in the refrigerator door, making the shelves basically useless because they are so small. The other door does have big shelves and will hold a gallon of milk and a few other taller items. Shelves inside...cant stand up a bottle of beer...if there were other options available in this price range, I would not have purchased this, but since covid the factories are not putting out as many and we needed one ASAP. If I had another grand to spend, I def would have gotten something else.

The interior is so much brighter than my previous GE French door unit that I smile every time I open it. It’s easy to clean and spacious!

Shelving allows for storage options. Freezer drawers work great. Door icemaker storage bin could be a little larger.

Great sturdy product. Looks great and love the alarm when the refrigerator door is left open. Also the turbo-cool is a blast! Love the wide and open space in the freezer.

Very easy to organize inside with the adjustable shelves. The freezer drawers helps to smaller frozen foods organized. The fingerprint resistant finish is a game changer. Very easy to clean. The only negative is the very small ice maker. We empty the ice every time it fills into an ice storage bowl we put in the freezer drawer. So far that's working for us and takes up little space in the freezer. We would definitely purchase this fridge again.
