Good Refrigerator but freezer handle broke

We got this refrigerator in December of 2019 and it has two issues. First it is noisy with a constant whining noise. Second, it is August 2020 and the freezer handle brackets broke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the size!!

After ordering our new French Door Refridge on June 2, we finally got it on August 17th due to Covid. We love the size and the ice maker on the door. A few minor complaints. As other reviewers commented, it’s kind of noisy, like a computer that is on the fritz humming. Not anything we can’t live with. My main thing is the lack of door space. Because of the in door ice maker and water dispenser, there really is only door space on one door. Last minor criticism, the meat and cheese drawer is the whole length of the fridge. Which means you have to open both doors to open it. It would be smart to have two drawers, so you only have to open one.
Overall, we love the upgrade and the fridge is good! But I kind of wish I’d ordered the one with the ice maker in the freezer to have more door storage space. We’re wine drinkers and there’s not a great space for wine bottles without compromising other space.

Love my Black Slate GE Refrigerator/Freezer

I live in Hawai'i, so the 3 months it took for the appliances to be delivered was quite frustrating, but once they arrived, definitely worth the wait. Spacious and sleek. My favorite thing about slate appliances is I can use magnets to hang family photos or artwork drawn by my 5 year old, features that are lacking in stainless steel appliances. Perfect addition to my newly renovated kitchen.

We love this fridge! Its huge, so make sure you read the dimensions and check it will fit in your space.we have so much space and I love the freezer on bottom. Def more freezer space then a side by side.
