Lots of space- freezer handle comes off

We have had our fridge for two months. It has so much room and it’s so bright! Hooked up the water and ice maker and we are loving that. The only issue is the freezer handle slides in to lock and if you pull it to the left when opening, it pops right off.

It's really just a 'meh' kind of refrigerator, nothing "wow!" about it. There's definitely a lot of space. The shelving seems a bit cheap and the drawers don't feel solid when going in and out. The ice/water dispenser is the biggest complaint though. It seems to constantly hum and the ice cubes have a problem with building up so you have to open up the interior door and give it a bang to loosen them up so they fall down. The ice dispenser flings bit of ice all over so the floor has little puddles of water. But the real annoying issue is that the words on the front panel don't light up and are a dark font and blend in with the dark colored panel so I'm always fumbling to select an option. In the end, I'm not really in need of frills so I'm just depending upon durability to make this unit last a good number of years. Guess we'll see...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a good enough appliance but getting a replacement is very confusing talk to different people and get tons of different answers. I know its because of the way the world is now but come on. They send out messages saying a service representative is coming to fix it but doesn't know what they are going to fix and all they can do is to replace the fridge.

The product is very nice and fix all of my needs, however I can not get the refrigerator to obtain 37 degree
