I don't like that I have to open both doors because the bottom tray is from side to side. It would be better if the trays were split so I could open one side.

Drawers stick.

I’d love to give this refrigerator a higher rating but I’m very upset with how the drawers don’t have a smoother track for moving them. This is my 3rd French Door refrigerator and the only one I’ve had these types of problems with. I also don’t like the capacity of the shelves on the back of the ice maker. They really don’t fit anything and should just not be there.

The bottom freezer drawers are fussy. The upper left-hand shelf should mimic the right in that it should be retractable. The left side storage compartments are too slim.

Seems to work great so far. We were coming from a side by side that has been a strong work horse and came by this deal that couldn’t be passed up!

Ice comes out and splays everywhere because there is no flange on the dispenser. Can't use without lights as screen not backlit.
