When refrigerator was installed they took the doors off to get it in the house. Now the top left corner of the freezer door rubs against the bottom left door hinge and is wearing out the plastic.

Pleased overall, Inside drawers need improved

Overall this is a great product. There are a few quirky issues with the long drawer in the fridge and the the top drawer in the freezer. They seem to get out of 'square' easily when pulling open and pushing closed, which means they do not slide smoothly and really have to keep the kids mindful that they have to really watch what they are doing.
Other than that, we are very pleased!

Plenty of refrigerator space

We built a new home and I love this new fridge. There is ample refrigerator space and this is the first time I have had a bottom drawer freezer. Love it!

Pretty nice inside, less so outside

We've had the refrigerator for only a few weeks. so we can't comment on dependability. However, we do see that the temperature control seems good, as does the ice machine and the water dispenser. The shelving is fairly adjustable. The only issues thus far are that the outside is not easy to keep clean --- it shows fingerprints and hand prints quite easily. Also, the french doors bang open -- they don't have any resistance at the end of their movement.

The water and ice have little pieces of plastic.

I've had the fridge a little over a month. The water and ice are nasty. They have what looks like little pieces of plastic. We've tried dumping but he hasnt worked. When I spend this amount of money on something I expect it to work.
