Not quite the old GE quality

The product is a bit loud and seems kind of rickety. I can't see it lasting more than a few years. There are a few neat features but not enough to buy it again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The new high efficiency compressor on modern refrigerators may run faster and longer than your previous refrigerator and you may hear a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound while it is operating, which is completely normal. So far Love it

I have only had it a few days, but so far I Love it! It is very roomy. The shelf spacing is a little awkward but I think I have that fixed with the half shelf option. Gallon jugs and milk cartons would not stand up, so I had to rearrange a little but. Ice maker does throw ice when on crushed. Just have to remember to hold glass up towards top. Ice makes fast, which I am happy about. It is a heavy refridgerator, drawers and doors are heavy compared to some other brands we looked at. Hopefully this will last for awhile.

Very disappointed

Shelves can not easily be adjusted, do not pull out and are very fragil. They bent when there is alot of weight. The trays on the doors do not adjust either. :(

Spacious!

I've had a side by side all my life, switching to this 3-door was definitely a great decision. The refrigerator is very spacious, as for the freezer, still getting use to having a drawer instead of a door. We our a family of 2 so for our needs is more then enough room. Definitely love having a water/ice dispenser. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I would of love it to be finger/smudge proof

Very spacious and quiet. Love the matte finish on the outside that is fingerprint resistant. The water feature is fantastic. In the door ice maker is perfect for saving space.

My previous refrigerator had a terrible ice maker. I am very impressed with the functioning of the ice maker in my GE. Also, even though the GE and my previous refrigerator are about the same size, the GE seems to hold more and the access to items is great

Great fridge

I love GE products. My mom retired from GE so their appliances hold a special place in my heart. I bought this refrigerator to replace a GE Profile refrigerator that was about 22/23 years old. Although this is not a Profile refrigerator (money was a factor) I like the roominess of it and it looks good and does fit in with the rest of my Profile kitchen. The only issues are:
1. This is a relatively loud refrigerator, even compared to an almost 23 y/o refrigerator.
2. No backlight on the ice/water dispenser. Makes it hard to find your selection at night.
I assume both of these would not have been an issue with a Profile branded fridge.
