Love it!

I love love love this fridge. I have always wanted a French door fridge-- it is perfect for storing large platters. The ice maker has a removable aspect to it so I can easily carry my ice from the door to my ice bucket for parties. I also love the slate finish as it does not show fingerprints. The drawers in the freezer are great and I love that I can adjust their set up. The only drawback to the fridge is that the water in the door comes out kind of slowly but I would still buy this fridge again.

Convenient, and stores a lot of food

I bought this GE refrigerator to replace one that was made by a well known manufacturer from another continent. The GE is convenient (the other wasn't!) The GE holds a lot more food than the other one did. The other one NEVER made ice, the GE provides all the ice I can use. The well known but not American brand had to be repaired in the first 6 months I owned it. Then, it needed the same repair at the end of the first year that I owned, it. The foreign brand company would not repair it again when it turned one year old! I am so glad that I bought a GE to replace the refrigerator that the company from across the world would not stand behind!

Too many warranty issues

This frig has had numerous problems, many of which are design related. The freezer compartment door does not seal well, resulting in frost in the freezer area.
The touch pad for the ref portion did not work. A replacement was sent and it did not fit. Result was getting a new unit. All of this took too long!

Great fridge

Had an older GE and very happy with this upgrade. Space is designed well, the ice maker doesn’t take a lot of room.

Had this refrigerator for 3 months. So far it has worked very well and appears to be durable. Also like the smart controls on the ice and water dispenser.

Love the room

I've had this refrigerator for two months and so far I love it. I thought it would be too big but looks great. My 30 year old fridge froze everything so this is wonderful. I love the black slate...it really doesn't show fingerprints.
