It's not user friendly, you can't cancel out a wash if you accidentally hit the wrong button. It's difficult to unclog or even just a maintenance cleaning. It's pretty much designed where you need to get it taken care of professionally, and it does not clean your well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Junk. One wash arm, drying cycle doesn’t work, dispenser won’t open releasing soap, dishes dirty after cycle. Noisy too. Friend worked for GE for 40 years and he said he will never buy any of their products!

We've had this unit for almost 6 months using it every night. Due to its short door design, it solved a constraint issue and opens fully without bumping into the refrig. It has more features (ie.Rinse Only) than I'll ever need, but it gets the job done. Even though there is no upper spray arm, the upper rack does not glide freely and space is somewhat limited, it is fairly priced and therefore adequate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased a new home and the agreement was to have these appliances installed. Wasn't sure this was going to be sufficient as it appears to be smaller but the capacity to fill up our dishes and glasses for a family of 6 is easy. It washes great and is very quiet! Love this! Plus it is stylish in our kitchen

Granted we did not have a choice in this appliance suite since it was part of the house. Will definitely upgrade. Cannot fit our tall glasses in the top rack. Looks very cheaply made. Doesn't dry well.

Worst design ever!

Possibly the worst design ever in a dishwasher. There is no room. This dishwasher allows for the least amount of dishes possible for one load. So disappointed. The racks are horrible and not adjustable. You cannot fit any tall glasses on the top rack which means they go on the bottom for less room for dishes. Plus the racks have these awful "separators" which are "arch" shaped which are hard to fit the glasses over and take up needed space. Should of just stuck to the single vertical design to allow for different size glasses and more room. And forget about big pots and frying pans. There's no room on the bottom for these either. Such a disappointing purchase. I would buy another dishwasher in a heart beat, but budgets don't allow for that. Do your research before buying. So disappointed.
