Hello. We are sorry to hear that your dishwasher is slow draining. Please check the drain hose for sharp bends or possible kink that would affect draining. Our dishwashers pump 7 gallons per minute (gpm) - This is the drain flow rate. We hope this helps. Geoff@GEA

For the price, it is remarkably quiet. Not great at cleaning the dishes, though. I have found most items need to be preached in the sink, which entirely defeats the purpose.

This is not what we would expect from this dishwasher. To improve the wash performance, make sure the water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit (by running the hot water from the kitchen sink prior to use). Worst dishwasher EVER!

This dishwasher does not clean the dishes. It’s noisy. I’ll contact the builder (Khoi) and suggest that they stay away from this product.

The dishwasher doesn't wash well at all. The soap dispenser doesn't always open or it opens late in the cycle so we have to run the dishwasher again.

Please make sure the water entering the dishwasher is a minimum of 120 degrees F. Please check to make sure nothing is blocking the detergent cup from opening or if you use the detergent pods, make sure the plastic edge of the pod is not binding the cup. If this does not resolve the issue, we would recommend having service back out to check the unit again. This dishwasher came with our new condo. All the appliances are included. This dishwasher is as cheap as can be. No wonder it was included. Hardly any room inside and the racks are very oddly shaped thus making it hard to place things inside. I don't recommend to anyone
