We've had this 4 months and a technician has been out 4 times and it's still not operating properly.

Dishes need to be washed before putting in dishwasher, Dishwasher does not get dishes clean

Small and lackluster

This was included in our house by the builder. Feels very "contractor grade" it works, but has a tough time getting large loads clean. Top rack won't fit "regular" sized glasses in the side slots. Overall feels more like an apartment dishwasher. It does the bare minimum though and looks decent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Brand New but has rust spots all over the door

We bought our new house in April of this year 2018 which included a GE appliance package. The dishwasher door has tiny rust spots all over it. The builder said he ordered a new door but still have not received this. The GE Fridge had the same issue but the builder gave us a new one.

Poor quality, inexpensive builder's model

This dishwasher came in a new home we bought from the builder. It sucks. The bottom shelf rolls on plastic and derails every time half way in. The soap door may or may not release. If it does, the soap slides to a pile on the dishwasher floor and never dissolves to clean the dishes. Even on the proper setting the dishes are never dry, especially the top shelf and silverware. It is very loud! We are replacing this weekend. We've had this GE under 2 years. It is just the two of us - we are not hard on equipment.
