Worst Dishwasher Ever

This dishwasher came with an upgraded SS appliance package in my newly built home. It was installed by the builders and I have owned many GE appliances in the past and never had an issue. This dishwasher however is terrible in the few times I have used it something has happened. There were a few times that my dishwasher safe water bottle that were on the top rack and have been washed in my previous dishwasher numerous time actually melted and every time I use the dishwasher I always have to hand wash at least half of the items after the cycle is complete it isn’t even worth using when I have to do that. Not to mention the settings are very limited it basically has a dial you turn similar to an early 90’s model and that’s it for settings although there are what appear to be functioning buttons on the other side yet those buttons do not do anything had I known this prior to upgrading my appliances I would of purchased my own dishwasher to be installed because this is hardly an upgrade.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not clean well . top rack especially I think because no sprayer underneath top rack just bottom. I tried different detergents and same results.

Should have has a stainless interior instead of plastic. Plastic scratches and smells after a while

I was excited to have a new dishwasher, but I hate this one. Most of the time I have to run things through 2 times to get them clean (even with prerinsing myself). It's also very very loud.

Washes like junk

My dishes come out dirty. So I hand wash all my dishes and not only use it to rinse dishes. Came new with my new condo love to get a different one
