My builder bought this diswasher. I've only used it once. Most of my water glasses and wine glasses do not fit in the top rack. I have to lay them down, which means less glasses getting washed. The bottom rack holds bowls and plates, but anything deeper than that will not fit between the slats. Wish I could send it back and upgrade to something better.

the rack always slips off track on the bottom and the rack is slotted weird so its hard to load a lot of dishes. the cleaning result is far below others i have used. would not recommend. its definitely low end. im stuck w it since it came in the new construction.

It cleans the dishes but doesn't clean heavy loads well. It hasn't been a year since I bought my home and it needs service attention.

This product is not suitable for regular and robust cleaning of utensils. It is OK if you only plan to use it occasionally.
