Does vent like it should

The remote is silly and waste, and you need to apply to counter or cabinet. Was the prior model where button was on top so bad? (I had to have button replaced once). But why would you need another piece of "stuff" to get dirty in kitchen (and they show it placed on a counter where you prepare food. Crazy, and dirty! Just hope this one lasts...last one did not. That is why I gave it poor quality rating, lets see how long this lasts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This unit replaced an earlier version of the GE Profile, I have had for nearly 30 years. I had to replace it with the new version since parts were no longer available. This unit is physical smaller and easer to install than the original and works easer and quieter than the original unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!
