Buyer beware

Bought this at full retail price during the pandemic to replace a Whirlpool vent that lasted over 20 years. This one lasted less than 2 years. The vent now no longer extends when the ridiculous (wired) activator button is pressed. Since it's out of warranty now I will have to get a repairman to try and fix it.

Won't fit in standard cabinet

Beware when purchasing, this downdraft will not fit in a standard cabinet with a cooktop.
