We have had this stove for several months. The bottom drawer is a engineering fiasco. The indented finger hold on the front is way to shallow preventing any kind of a hold to pull the drawer open. After struggling and getting it open by grabbing the sides, the drawer immediatley falls to the floor and comes out of it's joke of drawer guides. This usually means that the drawer must be unloaded then put back into the guides, then reloaded. Their are sharp edges on the drawer frame which cuts your fingers while trying to align the drawer to the slides. The range top is fashioned in such a way that the hinge point (to lift the cook top for cleaning) is recessed up-under the instrument panel, collecting grease and grime from normal cooking. It to has sharp edges that will cut your fingers while trying to clean. The only positive ppoint that I have for the stove is that the heating element have extra coil(s) that makes for better even pot and pan heating.
