Why get error at 99% burn now when it use to work.

When I got this BlueRay burner a couple of years ago it worked fine in burning HD videos. Now when I try to burn a HD video I get error at 99% burn not only that but when I downloaded the latest driver for it the software says it can not find my burner. I can still burn regular DVDs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
