Bought this to help read old DVD's that I'd burned old VHS family movies (weddings, reunions, and all that 80's and 90's life event recordings) onto ages ago, as I don't have a DVD drive in my newer laptop. Works just fine! Plan to rip to MP4's using Wondershare app.
