Not as nice as the 17 year old refrigerator I am replacing. That also was a GE Profile. The stainless doesn't clean up as easy. The shelves are flimsy. The drawers are not as heavy material. I am not returning this refrigerator. Just want to let you know what you are getting. After all it was not too much more than the one I bought 17 years ago. Now you understand why. Just cheaper product and cheaper construction.
Bet I won't win the monthly drawing with this review. HA HA

Had to get use to the size.

I like this product it is good but is small than our last refrigerator. Also, I don't like the ice maker very much. It either give you one ice cube or 50, nothing in between. Also, sometimes you get the one cube and then you wait and wait and a bunch of savings instead of cubes. Our old unit had a way you could reach in the fridge to grab a few cubes, on this unit you can't do that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Downgraded

I replaced my 8 year old GE profile for the new one with exorbitant price to find out that GE has downgraded the model. The old model was way better in every way, the lighting inside is poor (can't see inside drawers). Does not come with original Beverage Rack, does not come with hugggers for separation in shelves ( you have to buy them separately now). The quality and finishes are cheaper than before. Made in Mexico, I hope it last for a while for that price. The first month of having this refrigerator, the door makes a squeaky sound when opened. Will have to call for repair already.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fits well in the space and has enough room, but the water/ice dispenser is terrible. Most bottles won’t fit properly because the space under the dispenser is too small. You can’t see the water spout so it spill all the time. And there’s no measurement reader on the dispenser so you have no idea how much water is being poured without constantly stopping the flow to check...it’s a constant guessing game and spills EVERYDAY. Not at all ideal for people who plan to use the water/ice feature. I’ve had way better dispensers on much cheaper fridges.
