Poor quality; after a couple of years the door seal and the freezer rails failed. Even after replacing them the performance drop significantly. Will replace for another refrigerator as long as it isn’t GE!!

Poor shelf configuration options

Poor configuration options in the main area. If you move a shelf, the shelf above or below it is pretty much useless for storing anything, as there is not enough height.

We have only had this refrigerator for about a month and they sure don't make things like they used to. It's noisy and we have already had the fan/motor replaced in the first week and didn't make any difference and they came out again and said that's just how their made -sad. Also, disappointed how difficult it is to now find white refrigerators - they should be the norm; not stainless steel.

The ice maker shoots the ice out in all directions. I have to wipe up the dispenser every time I get crushed ice.
Shelves on left refrigerator door are almost useless because they are so narrow.
I like the finish. Does not leave fingerprints so is easy to keep clean.

Garbage do not buy General Electric buy another brand. Freezer does not work icemaker does not work also. Try to mediate with manufacture they know there’s a problem and they do not want to fix it.

Good product for the price I paid. Otherwise, it's loud when running and shakes/vibrates my kitchen floor. The ice and water dispenser aggressively throws the ice and water outside of the cup (and then all over the floor). Otherwise, it seems to cool well and keep temperatore. Which I guess is the whole idea! Other refrigerators cost 2x as much, so it's a give and take type of thing.

We'd like to help out with the dispenser throwing ice and go over the sounds that you are noticing.
If your freezer temperature is too cold, the ice will spray more due to the ice being brittle and will fly apart faster while being crushed. To correct this, turn the thermostat control to a warmer setting. Ice may spray over the side of the glass if the glass is held to far from the dispenser chute. Holding the glass approximately one inch from the dispenser chute will correct this.
In regards to the sounds and vibrations, we recommend checking that the refrigerator is completely level to the ground. You can also check out a list of sounds that can be normal to notice at the following link: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=15901
