Sleek Design

I like the sleek design, and it certainly keeps the food very cold. I wish I could open the bottom drawers individually instead of having to open both doors to pull out the drinks.

This is a great refrigerator for an active family and on the go. One favorite feature of this is that the alarm on the refrigerator is loud enough to hear when kids leave the door open. I had another model that was hard to tell if the door was open. Additionally, the in-door ice maker is a huge plus creating more room for food storage while getting adequate amounts of ice. There is also a large snack tray that is perfect for quick grab items.

There’s very little about this refrigerator that I like. The quality is nothing like the GE Profile I had before this one. This one is loud and noisy when it’s running. The inside trays are plastic and cheap. The doors don’t stay open (they swing back to close) so you can’t pull out the trays. Last, moisture builds up on the flap between the two doors and drips constantly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're going to be taking this feedback and sharing it with our design team, this way we can review everything and make improvements going forward. Also, it can be normal to notice humidity build-up on the outside of the refrigerator and the seal. This can be wiped away and will change depending on the humidity levels inside the refrigerator.
When it comes to the doors not staying open, the best thing to check is that the refrigerator is completely level and not uneven. This can be adjusted by using the leveling legs located at the bottom of the refrigerator.

Refrigerator with ice maker

This refrigerator fits our needs perfectly. Love the fact that we can now get either cubes or crushed ice, our last one didn't give us that option. I like that there are lights down by the vegetable, fruit, and meat bins, and that the ice dispenser lights up at night. Overall a really good refrigerator.

The refrigerator has usable storage. Love changing shelves for height of food. Like door storage. Hate water dispenser. It dispenses warm water because of how water travels in unit. The ice dispenser quits working at a whim

Hard choice

I was sold on a side by side until I realized how many more times you use the fridge part and not the freezer. This model had some wiggle room with adjustable shelves. However the center bar for the shelves cuts into storage room if you plan to use the whole shelf. Once it was installed, I realized the door does not always shut with a light push. The ice maker looks small but makes ice quickly enough for a family of 5. The glass shelves clean easily. I did not like having to pay extra for a white model.

Good refrigerator

I haven’t had the refrigerator long and I like it. I bought it because it was black and it was in stock to replace my old refrigerator which was having several different issues and too expensive to repair. It matched my other appliances. It does make some strange noises which were different from my old refrigerator and I guess I’ll just have to get used to that. it does have water and ice in the door which was a feature I really wanted. My old refrigerator you could dispense specific amounts of water from 1/4 cup up to 8 cups. I miss that feature, but just having the water in the door with something I really wanted and it being black with something I really wanted to. So far it works fine and I’m very pleased with it.
