Works fine, but came with broken parts

We purchased this for our new home and had it delivered just before we moved in. When we finally moved in and went to use the water, the part on the back connecting to the fridge door was broken and water would go everywhere. Had to call the warranty to have them come out and fix it. Luckily now everything is working just fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loudest refrigerator I have ever bought

The compressor run extremely loud. I have never owned a refrigerator this loud. I have had 3 service calls to make sure it was not defective and each time told that it runs normally. They said that newer refrigerators are louder because the amount of space for all the components is smaller so there is more noise because of this. Not exactly the answer I was expecting.
