New fridge - new problem

Have had this fridge for only a couple weeks but not an ice cube produced by it. Have had a local service out twice but no resolution. They’re coming again tomorrow but I don’t have high hopes. Like it otherwise but it should function well right out of the box!

We bought a GE because all our kitchen appliances are, this is an OK unit, but no place for butter, what’s with that? Maybe we needed a bigger unit.

Only6 weeks old and ice maker not working!!!

The repairman said it had a mfg defect. A connection was not installed correctly. He said give it 24 hours? to make ice? Have not heard any ice drop and it's been6 hours since he left!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
