The refrigerator could have a more adjustable shelf arrangement and the ice bin is difficult to remove and re-install. Also the water dispenser makes a loud noise when released.

Set the temperature for the refrigerator and freezer to the manufacturers suggested of 37 degrees and 0. Bought some ice cream after owning for one week. One day the ice cream was rock solid the next it was soft. It fluctuated the entire week it was stored. I have ice accumulating on the back freezer vents. There is frost covering all the freezer items. I have water droplet condensation on the refrigerator vents even though they are not obstructed. The refrigerator was noisy after it was initially set up. I placed a thermometer in the refrigerator and noticed a temperature increase once the door was open, even if shut promptly after removing an item, and the temperature stayed elevated when the door was opened again within an hour.

Our refrigerator makes a knocking sound every few minutes. We waited 3 weeks for a service call and the repairman said there’s nothing he can do about it. Very upset.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Died after less than a month.

Worse refrigerator we ever purchased and service wasn’t available until more than a week after it died. Lost most of our food.

First off we had a bad experience with the place we purchased the refrigerator. As far as the product I am very unhappy with this product. 1. The icemaker doesn't seem to seal properly, the door handle is not solid . 2. When you get ice the door slams shut making a loud noise, water does the same thing. 3. When the refrigerator runs the motor sounds like something is loose making a rattling sound. Sorry to say I would not recomend this product to anyone.

BAD DESIGN ON INTERIOR SHELVES..VERY BAD DESIGN

AFTER ONLY 2 YEARS WE ARE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS FRIDGE. ALTHOUGH WHEN YOU SACN THE QR CODE IT SAYD THIS APPLIANCE CAN CONNECT TO THE INTERNET, AFTER WATING TOO MUCH TIME I CAN NOT GET IT TO CONNECT..OUR GE OVEN CONNECTS FINE. TODAY ONE OF THE MAIN SHELVES INSIDE THE FRIDGE BROKE. LOOKING AT THE DESIGN, THE METAL BRACKET IS CONNECTED TO THE SELF WITH TWO LITTLE PLASTIC PIECES THAT IN SEEING THEM NOW I AM SURPRISED THEY DIDNT SNAP OFF EARLIER..REALLY BAD DESIGN
