Arrived with dented door making rattling noise

I think I'm going to like the French Door style, which h is new for me, but arrived dented and motor is rattling. I hope this noise can be corrected. Store supposed to order new door. Very disappointing.

GE refrigerator

There are several design flaws with this refrigerator as far as I am concerned. Number one, the doors are somewhat difficult to close. Our grandkids and my wife continue to have problems closing the doors. It really does take a determined effort to close them securely. In addition, if I am up late or early in the morning and the house is very quiet the refrigerator is very noisy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We know issues like this must be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience caused.
We normally would expect the refrigerator to be fairly easy to close, if it’s leveled properly and the doors are aligned correctly. If it might be helpful, we do have instructions on leveling the refrigerator as well as its doors on page 38 of the manual, available here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-1000472-5.pdf&_ . Regarding noise, we do expect the model to make some sounds as it operates but certainly still want to provide as peaceful an experience as possible. The manual also has a list of what sounds are considered normal for the model on page 43. If you are concerned the noise isn’t normal, aren’t able to correct the issue with the doors, or for any other reason think service may be needed, that department can be reached at 1-800-432-2737 or online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm .

Double door with freezer on bottom

For most part, like refrigerator even though I had to wait 8 months for delivery. Storage on the side where water comes out is useless. Way too narrow to hold anything. Also freezer door handle comes off all the time. Other than that I do like the refrigerator.
