Nice features!

We love the French door style. The main disappointment is the vegetable drawers are too shallow - cannot get a cauliflower or head of cabbage inside them. Very bummed about that as our family are big vegetable eaters. Also do not like the shelf construction - weak and positions are not interchangeable from left to right sides in fridge. Ice maker doesn’t keep up. Wish I had known these things before purchasing.

Your feedback regarding the capacity of the vegetable bins and construction of the shelves is being sent to our Refrigerator Design team for review. We do want to assure you the materials we use are of a durable quality that is designed to last.
The icemaker is meant to produce seven cubes per cycle, or about 100 to 130 cubes in a 24 hour period. This level of output does depend on the temperature of the freezer, the temperature of the room the unit is in, number of times the door is opened, etc. Your feedback about the icemaker will also be sent; we appreciate you sending your thoughts so we can make any necessary improvements in the future.

Nice and works ok. Doesn’t hold temp in fridge at 40. More like 42-44 regardless of how low it is set.
Freezer is ok.
Freezer is ok.

While we have only had this refrigerator 4 days, we like many of its features like the in-door water and ice and the front control panel. However, we are not as happy with the shelves on the inside. The adjustment slots and side supports are too few and do not provide enough options for shelf adjustment. The only way to get tall pitchers of drinks into the fridge is to put the shelf that has the half retracting so high up that it renders the space between it and the top shelf unusable because there are only 2-3 inches between the top shelf and the next one below it. Our former refrigerator had twice as many slots and supports on both sides and made it much more easy to adjust the shelves to our needs. The same thing is true with the door shelves, too few supports to make any significant changes to accept bottles of differing heights. And the shelves on the left side door (that houses the ice maker and storage) are so shallow that the one shelf won't hold any bottle or jar we have - so for the time being it remains empty. You really need to let a real homemaker who uses these appliances design the insides instead of an overpaid engineer who hasn't ever had to stock real products into the refrigerators he/she designs!!

We hate to hear you feel there aren't enough slots to provide the optimum amount of shelf adjustment. Regarding the Quick Space shelf that retracts to make room for taller items, one of the configurations for that shelf has it as the top shelf in the unit; this may work better for your needs, and the pictures on the product page do show this configuration.
The left door shelves are a bit more shallow than the other side, to accommodate the in-door ice. The pictures on the product page do also show a few options for what can be placed in those more shallow shelves.

Works very well, but kitchen often sounds like an airplane is taxiing for takeoff. Should come with baggage handler headphones.

Large storage

We love the storage in the refrigerator but the refrigerator itself is very loud. Never had a refrigerator that made this much noise but as long as it lasts a long time without repairs, we will put up with the noise.

Hi, Thanks for taking time to rate your beautiful new refrigerator! It's great to hear you are enjoying all the terrific storage space and we're sorry for any inconvenience with the sound level. The foam insulation used in new models has excellent insulating capabilities and is very energy efficient, however, it's not as sound absorbent as previously used fiberglass insulation. Depending on the placement of the refrigerator in your kitchen, you may want to place a piece of rubber backed carpet beneath the refrigerator to help reduce the sounds.

Great design with finger print proof doors. Our last one had to be polished every couple of days. Runs quiet, ample shelving and storage. The only suggestion for improvement is, not enough lighting. If you put a flat box on the top shelf under the light, it darkens the rest of the box. Need lighting along the sides.
