Good, but I had hoped for better

We moved into a new build home in February 2021. This model refrigerator keeps food cold/frozen as it should. Unfortunately from day one our ice maker and water dispenser did not operate. G.E. did the right thing and delivered a new refrigerator to us on 6/15/2021. Ice is being made, water dispenser works but if you use a cup larger than 12oz. the water becomes warm. Also the water being dispensed comes out slowly. If you live in a northern climate and do not use much of the dispensed water this may be good for you. Living in a hotter climate where we rely on cold water this refrigerator may not work for you. All in all I would say its decent but I really expected a better product from G.E.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the light on the water dispenser

Great Features!!!

We had a 20 year old frig that you practically had to sit down to see what was in it, so we are thrilled with our french door frig!!! I wasn't really looking to get the water and ice on outside of door but am glad I did now. Also, with grandkids around I really like the alarm in case the doors do not get shut (or they have looked long enough). Absolutely LOVE the slate color too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing for the price.

For this money, you’d think it would be dishonest better. Very limited ability to store tall/large items in fresh food section. Less two months old and one of the door storage modules has already broken.

Great Layout for Food Visibility and Access

Love the layout and visibility of food items in this refrigerator. The French doors offers the ability to place serving trays in it with ease. The shelves and drawers are clear allowing clear food identification. The bottom freeze is beneficial in managing heaving frozen items. Also, outside finish minimizes fingerprints.
I would recommend this to a friend!
