Too many issues

The freezer door handle keeps falling off. Even though attached tightly it works its way loose and falls off repeatedly. The refrigerator rolls around when the doors are open. There are no wheel locks. The display is not lighted and we cannot read. The water tray is cheap cheap plastic and looks it. Very very disappointed. We plan to return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Finish is peeling off below the water dispenser

The finish started coming off just below the water "tray" within a year, which is HIGHLY annoying and disappointing, not to mention very ugly. I expected more from GE.
I do love the finish color, it looks nice and kind of blends in with my dark cabinetry -- I have never understood making appliances stand out (like stainless steel), but it's completely ridiculous that the finish peels away. I wouldn't recommend this finsh to anyone because of this--my fridge is only 2 years old looks ugly and tacky.

I love the light, and the spacious freezer. Still trying to figure out the best way to utilize the fridge space. Having trouble finding space for boo's and milk products.
I did put a thermostat inside to see if my fridge is at the right temp.
So much better than my last fridge.

I was without a fridge for 15+ days due to my old one breaking down. This fridge is great, very spacious. I don't have an issue with the water dispenser leaking like others have said. Overall, very pleased with this purchase.
