We appreciate your helpful feedback regarding the icemaker sound and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. While our refrigerators are designed with as quiet of a performance as possible, newer refrigerators have more features and use more advanced technology than older models. The icemaker will make a buzzing sound when it's trying to fill with water. If the buzzing noise can be heard approximately every 15 minutes, check and make sure the water is turned on to the icemaker. A snapping sound will also be heard about 4 seconds after removing a glass from a dispenser as the dispenser chute is closing.
