This was the only French door refrigerator with ice/water dispenser in door, that fit under my cabinet. I love it with a couple of reservations. The drawer freezer is flimsy and small. The water dispenser should have an expandable shelf and be programmable to dispense a specific amount. I had that on a Maytag once and it was very convenient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful Fridge, AWFUL freezer handle

First, the refrigerator is very nice looking, has ample space and runs well, however some of the shelf space doesn't make sense and the freezer handle has fallen off consistently every few weeks and because it is made to slide in place when put on, it scratches the stainless steel when put in place. I do not understand why the handle is not a screw in but a slide on. Had I known that prior to purchasing, I would have went with another model. I previously had a ge side by side fridge with handles that screwed in and I LOVED it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are terribly sorry to hear of the continuous issues you have experienced with the freezer handle falling off and sincerely apologize for the trouble and time it has taken to try and get it to stay on. We can imagine that this has been a very frustrating situation for you and would love to offer you some guidance in this! Because your freezer handle does not have set screws, it instead slides into the mounting fasteners. Once aligned with the fasteners, the handle must be pulled firmly to the right until you hear it click and it feels locked into place. If you have already followed these steps and it continues to fall off, the mounting fasteners on the door may need to be tightened. LOVE THE COLOR

This is our first French door refrigerator and we love it. The refrigerator space is incredible and we choose matte black and it shows no fingerprints, its a great color and addition to our kitchen

I wish the ice was more finer when crushed and it was smaller square cubes. No issues or other concerns at this time.

There are multiple shelves in this refrigerator that don’t make much sense. They should have just put the ice maker on the bottom. The maker in the door in this particular model doesn’t make much sense.
The water dispense is so far away from where the button is to activate the water dispensing that you cannot actually push the cup against it without water flying all over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
