I just purchased another GE refrigerator. The GE brand has continuously set the standards in a quality, highly functional, easy to maintain, energy star and sleek looking to boot!

I'm very disappointed in the quality of this item. The baskets and shelving appear very low quality and it is not a quiet product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SLATE is the way to go! Also, I love how big the freezer is and the adjustable shelf for tall products in the fridge. AND I love the ice maker/water dispenser

This replaced a Frigidaire unit whose icemaker was nothing but trouble. One repairman advised that an icemaker in the door is far less troublesome, hence this purchase. I am impressed with all the lighting that allows me to see everything in the fridge. I like the shelf that can be retracted to allow room for taller items. I also like being able to position the door bins in a configuration that makes sense for me. Finally, doors that are fingerprint resistant? AWESOME!

Wanted the one with dual ice maker but not available till 1st of year. Similar to one my daughter has but her ice maker in bottom and water is inside. Wife wanted water and ice outside
