Love the color, the fridge is a lot larger than it looks. The freezer holds more than you would think looking at it because of the design.

The design is so clean it blends in well with the rest of our kitchen. This refrigerator is very easy to use and has excellent storage, clever organization solutions, and a very impressive freezer. We are impressed and very pleased with our GE refrigerator.

Love the wide shelves so casseroles even large ones can chill in the refrigerator. Still trying to figure out best placement of items. Love the versatility of the fold away shelf.

We were so excited to get this fridge....and it turned out to be a disappointment. We had it delivered and put in place for us. First of all, the wrapping around it was blue. Even after they unpackaged it and left, there are tons of blue plastic pieces stuck in all the grooves on the outside which are absolutely impossible to remove. It does not look good and there is nothing we can do about it. Next, the ice maker is horrible. It does not hold much ice and it takes forever to come out. The fridge overall is also kind of loud...we can always hear it running.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A very nice looking and functional product. The finish and quality is good but compared to previous Whirlpool refrigerator in terms of noise, this GE is way more nosier. If you can live with the noise then there’s really nothing else concerning to worry about.

After reading ALL of the reviews, I was skeptical, because of the many negative reviews. But reviewing other products I still thought this would be the best choice . I'm so very glad that I did. It is an AMAZING French door refridgerator with bottom freezer. The complaints are unwarranted. Yes, it is a little noisy at times, but not a deal breaker. Space is AWESOME, lighting is bright, able to see everything. Those who complained about insufficient ice, all they need to do is collect and store in the freezer . There is more then enough room in both the freezer and fridge. The water dispenser is GREAT!! Choices are NOT hard to read Like some complained. As long as your glass is placed properly, there will be NO problem with ice flying. Water sometimes will drip, NO PROBLEM, just wipe. TO MANY PEOPLE BEING TO PICKY. As far as the butter keeper, what's the big deal? It fits fine in the lower bin on the right door. We replaced our GE side by side after it stopped working after 10 plus years. I'm ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH THE FRECH DOOR STYLE, and this model is PERFECT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! YOU WON'T BE SORRY. OH the BLACK SLATE IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL & NO SMUDGES (EXTREMELY EASY TO KEEP CLEAN)
