We replaced our existing GE refrigerator because there was a water drip in the door water dispenser and the ice cubes were freezing up inside the freezer compartment. From day one, there is a water drip in the door water dispenser albeit not a lot. The ice cubes are small which may be attributed to the fact that the flow of water is much slower than it should be according to the specifications of the refrigerator. We did not have this problem with our previous refrigerator. I tried placing a service call two days after we received the unit only to find out that the service person was on vacation and they couldn't get anybody for two weeks. I'm off to Arizona for a month and will deal with it when I get back. I checked yes on recommending this product as I expect the problems to be corrected.

For the most part a good refrigerator. The water dispenser stopped working after a week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We do have troubleshooting information as well. If no water at all is coming from the dispenser, you may want to check that the shut-off valve has been turned on and the filter isn't clogged.
