Fine refrigerator. Door water dispenser leaked but Was quickly repaired. Otherwise no problem.

Very nice fridge

This fridge has looks great and operates really well. Only setback is the compartments along the door. Wish there was more room to store items at the bottom. It’s very narrow.

Great side by side counter depth refrigerator. I love the storage options inside the freezer. It is very quiet and has great features on the control panel.

Refrigerator is adequate. A couple of design comments: please make the ice and water dispenser able to accommodate Yeti-type water containers. It is quite short and difficult to get even tall glasses fully below the water dispenser. Please also make the front and back of the refrigerator wheeled and adjustable. It rests at an angle. This is also a noisy machine. Makes a lot of noises that take some getting used to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there - thank you very much for providing this feedback. We apologize that the dispenser is not large enough to accommodate Yeti-like water containers and that the unit itself is noisy. This must be very annoying and we can certainly understand your frustrations.
The good news to start, though, is that this refrigerator does have adjustable rollers. The roller adjusting screw is located behind the bottom grill on each side. Turn the roller adjusting screws clockwise to raise the refrigerator and counterclockwise to lower it (using a 3/8" hex socket or wrench, or an adjustable wrench). This will level the refrigerator. More information can be found page 34 of the owner's manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-1000470-1.pdf.
As for the noise, please keep in mind that newer refrigerators sound different from older refrigerators, as modern refrigerators have more features and use newer technology. Leveling the refrigerator will help reduce the noise level and you can review page 43 of the owner's manual (linked above) to make sure your unit is making normal operating sounds.

Too small!

I had a GE profile for almost 20 years that was about the same size but held much more food. The lighting and layout seem cramped. But, I love the filtered water feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
