I'm not sure what happened to your site, but it sucks. You can be signed in and it takes you for loops and will not let you pay unless you create another account. That's new and it sucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I would save money and purchased a non-HP cartridge. What a mistake. I will never do that again. I have been using HP products for over twenty-five years.
If HP's strategy is to price the toners as high as the market allows, siting R&D and other factors, combined with minimal support for new printers, than I don't see how they will retain customers in the long run. With the cost of the toner so high, HP should give out printers for free.
Products are excellent, however, your web site is horrible! Each & every time I attempt to log in as myself, I am thrown off because "name & E*-mail already exist. I have even renewed/changed my password, and even then when I log in, I am thrown off the site.
