it works fine---but----

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appliance is ok. Does what it's supposed to do. However, I do NOT have a owners manual and can't find one online. I would think an international company would at least send manuals with their refrigerators. Now all I'm getting is the internet version of "the run around". Can't find the manual. Water filter won't come out to change it, Made the phone call--no help. They're going to send a repairman to remove the old filter so I can insert a new one. Of course this depends on the filter. Is it the right one? Spending a lot of your money to fix something that shouldn't have to be fix at 6 dos. of age. Then there's the manual. Why is it so hard to find one??

This fridge frustrates me!

Bought this fridge a few months ago and I am looking to exchange it. The ice maker barely produces any ice and in order to retrieve water/ice, you have to press the buttons multiple times before it reacts. It seems like it was supposed to be fancy sensor/touch buttons, but it's not working nor practical. The last thing I want to do in the morning is fight with my ice machine. Alternatively, the freezer is spacious and there are many drawer options in the fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Features

The exterior is the easiest stainless steel to clean that I have ever had! We can wipe it with water and dry with a fiber cloth and it shines. Love the bottom freezer feature. The french doors are as most competitors; it doesn't close with out a little help. The interior is nice and easy to keep clean.
