When I didn't get the tanks I ordered I contacted Sodastream and was told that they had to re-do the order. That delayed my order another ten days. There was no effort to expedite the shipment.

Amazingly cola flavor

I've had this three years and use it several times a day, every day. I wouldn't be without it. I had a manual one and then got this one. Quality, convenience, better than 'shelf soda', and you can make your own blends.

I've had a sodstream for 3 years. I strarted with the basic model. Had a problem with the seal, sodastream replaced the unit. Later I bought the revolution. At first I liked it. Then, problems. I put on a new co2 bottle. It appeared the co2 bottle was empty, however it fizzed the water fine. So I used it. After several uses, it blew up in my face. The bottle popped off and water everywhere. This literally scared me. I called Sodastream, the replaced it with my choice of machines. I choose the Source model because I was affraid of the electric model that just malfunctioned. Third time I used it, it blew the bottle off and water everywhere. I still use it, however, I am very leary while using it. Not sure yet if i will continue or not, at this time. Whith all this said, the customer service was great. The replaced each of the first two machines with no problems.

The Diet Pink Grapefruit is overall my favorite flavor. I will order it whenever I run out. I just can't get enough.

The diet crab-grape is better than I expected. Not too sweet, refreshing, aftertaste minimal. And the carbonation makes a treat out of fruit juice.

If you like tart drinks, this is what you want. My dh & I just LOVE it! We also got the diet version for free--Too good to be true. Just be VERY careful, it dribbles out of the cap onto your table or whatever. The red stains are not hard to remove, just be careful w/it.

I had been buying the Soda Stream flavors in the bottle. Kinda messy and difficult to measure. Then I came across the caps. WOWZA!!!
Just take out your preferred flavor cap, take off the lid to the Soda Stream mixer bottler, pop on the cap and press down. Easy Peasy!!! The flavor flows down into the bottle and you just have to do the little mixing motion.
