very disappointing

I don't have any idea who created the flavor for this syrup, but they were wrong, wrong, wrong. It was actually distasteful and I poured the rest down the drain so I would not use it accidentally. There are big brand caffeine-free colas, so the flavor can be done, but this is a big and total miss. I regret that I cannot switch to caffeine-free after noon as advised.

I have histamine resistance/ MCAS which means I can't have caffeine or drinks with citric acid. Do you know how hard it is to find soda that doesn't have either one of these. A&W Root beer is one I can have. Not many places carry this brand.

I wanted to like this but I get a bad after taste. Not sure what it is but I have tried not using much and it doesn’t help. Wish they had a Coke or Pepsi diet caffeine free.

Very tasty

This is a very delicious caffeine free diet option. I've been very satisfied with the flavor thus far! For my personality preference I measure one line below the lip of the cap and use 5 pumps of my soda stream for CO2.
The packaging however has some issues. My first shipment was leaky. At first I thought it was a shipment issue because all my bottles leaked. The company handled the problem and sent me replacements. Those arrived withn a few days. These also had leaking issues. So my husband and I decided that the packaging is really the issue is the shrink wrap label is the safety seal as well as the leak-proofing and that is where it fails.
If the bottle isn't tightened all the way, then the lid will allow some liquid to escape out. They need to have a plastic seal under the cap to help keep this from happening. It would save a lot of hassle. I almost returned all replacement bottles again.
