mixing is good however you only should use a little at a time because it makes the carbonation really rise and overflow, little goes a long way with this product

Sodastream root beer is good and works well in the soda stream bottles; I just wish they were not so sugary and were not so expensive to buy in store (there should be a bulk option for the stuff).

The classic root beer is very good. Tastes like a cross between A&W and home made root beer. The ginger ale is good. I use it in my mix of 60% water, 20% ginger ale and 20% juice to aid me staying hydrated as plain water tastes like metal to me and I gag and almost vomit. The savings with non brand names is great

The taste of the flavor is so delicious in the sparkling water. I wish there was better measurements for just an 8 Oz glass of water but I can guesstimate.
