I talked to 3-4 people (mostly due to my lack of knowledge of what I needed to send back to Sodastream and I also wanted a different machine) and everyone was very helpful, kind, patient and delivered outstanding customer service. I am very happy with not only my service, but also my purchase!

We bought our SodaStream Penguin three years ago, and have used it almost daily. When we had a problem recently, the company sent us a new one without question. That's the sign of a quality company backing a quality product. I wish all companies were as responsible as SodaStream.

Purchased this because of the all natural ingredients. I have often gotten the fruit flavored sparkling water at the store. The raspberry flavor is not as strong or distinct as I had hoped. I added 2-3 times what the recommended amount was.
