Diet tonic water can sometimes be hard to find in a grocery store. Plus, storage space is a problem.

I have been drinking soda stream tonic water, root beer, cola etc etc for years. I love the ease of use, not having to store dozens of cans or bottles, and save on plastic waste (even if it is recycled). I would reccommend it to anyone.

Too sweet for me

If you like your diet tonic water sweet, this is the one for you. The cap has an integral measuring cup that is marked for making 1 liter (sweet), 1 litre (less sweet) and 0.5 liter (sweet). The measuring cup is solid blue, making it difficult to see the fill lines. I think this should be clear plastic instead. I typically use 0.5 liter bottles, and using the marked fill line created a drink that was frankly too sweet for me. Unlike some other products in the SodaStream line, the bottle did not provide a syrup:water ratio that would have made mixing smaller quantities easier. That said, the artificial sweetener had a good flavor. Using this product will require some experimentation to get a pleasing result.
