After three years of serious use of our machine (3-4 bottles of seltzer per day) the pump handle cracked. All it took was one call to SodaStream's great support staff to find out that the machine has a lifetime guarantee and to get the paperwork rolling to get our replacement.
It arrived quickly we're back to our regular happy sparkling soda life!

Sodastream - Diet Tonic

I "was" and avid C***Zero drinker. The SodaStream (black label) Cola Zero is even better. It took a little while to get used to the change but I'm glad I stuck with it, it is a lot less sweet and now the other brand names taste way too sweet. I had my machine for a little over a year and made at least 3ltrs. per day, every day. My machine was acting funny and I called the company. It has a 2yr warranty from the box and they sent me a shipping label for the old one and shipped a replacement out immediately. KUDOS for great customer service!! I can not tell you how much it was missed while I was awaiting the replacement :(. Having a party? Everyone can make what they like and it is always fresh. Always a flavor someone will like. Also recommend, ginger ale, diet lemon lime and the Margarita Mix!! GO SodaStream!!! Thank you for a great product.

great value great tasting tonic

Saw this at my son's home in Texas. Tried it for the first time with selected flavors he thought were the best. My daughter-in-law, being a doctor, told me that it would eliminate all the sodium intake I've been drinking with brand name diet sodas over a long number of years. Being diabetic with heart problems, this product is much healthier than regular sodas on the market today. The drinks that I make are hardly noticeable in difference to the brand sodas. The only thing I don't like are the citrus flavors. They are off the mark with taste and could use some improvement. In all said, it's a home run with sodastream. I'll be curious to see how they make this product better in time.

Sooo convenient!

These are not the same unless I'm making it wrong. I'm a avid diet dew drinker and this is the only reason I purchased the machine. I've tried lessoning the syrup but I can't get it to tast like diet dew. It taste more like Sprite to me. Does anyone have an ideal how I can alter the syrup volume?

I have had the soda stream machine for a 1.5 years when the machine would not work. They replaced my machine. They back what they sell , we use this machine everyday.
