Diet cola caffeine free is the only flavor I use. Love it , but it’s not carried in stores anymore and you are out of stock more than you are in stock. Very disappointing!!

Return Label Issues

There was no return label included in my cylinder delivery and it took 2 calls and 6 emails to finally get a return label sent to me to return my empty cylinders. It shouldn’t be that hard. Overall always happy with SodaStream and like the products

Don's abandon Cream Soda!!!!

I was delighted to see the return of the Cream Soda syrup. I had been told earlier by one of your customer service agents that you had discontinued the flavor. Please keep the flavor in the mix as it is versatile as a base for many different drinks and although I have tried to find a substitute with many other similar products, I have found nothing that comes close to having all of the same qualities including the viscosity and depth of flavor. It is also one of a small number of flavors that are not caffeinated. By the way, I also flavor my coffee and other warm drinks with the flavor, and although I know you are all about carbonation, this also sells syrup. Again, please, please, please keep it!
