Tastes like butterscotch

Flavor was very butter scotch like which was okay but not great ... and the recommend syrup amount was wayyyyy too much for one bottle!
I can get used to it though and obviously have been using much less syrup
Four stars because the size is appropriate for the prize and the flavor is good though not exactly accurate ....
Added the orange flavoring to the bottle as well for an orange cream soda and that worked okay!!

It’s easy to use and cheaper than le croix. It’s been nice to not have so much recycling to take out as well. I haven’t found any flavors that were worth it. They had way too much sugar.

Overall it tastes Good. I only put in half the amount. Also, I found leaving the drink at room temperature prolongs the life of the fizzle.

I was never under any illusion that the SodaStream would save money, but it does save on plastic bottles, no aluminium cans to have to worry about how to recycle or discard, and I feel much better about drinking the natural flavors of the syrups than I do the high-fructose artificially-flavored name-brand stuff. Unfortunately, the cream soda flavor was the one flavor I tried that I wasn't crazy about, and I usually like cream soda, root beer, sarsaparilla, and similar flavors! I have been trying to put my finger on exactly why it's not working for me, but I can't quite tell what's wrong, maybe a slight after-taste? Still, I didn't hate it, and I'll definitely end up drinking all of it.
