Nice Entry Level Iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice entry level iron. It is good for those just starting out. The reservoir is easy to fill for steam pressing. You even have the option to turn off the steam and just have a dry heat. You can even adjust the amount of spray as well. There are separate but convenient buttons for spraying and steaming. I like the non stick iron plate. It glides over clothes easily. The unit is light weight and easy to use.
As for cons I would like to see the heel rest a little heavier. It is made of a light plastic which helps keep the unit light weight, but the unit can be knocked over easily if bumped. That said, the iron works well and should last quite a long time with care.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good iron. It doesn't feel super sturdy and it has very simple features. If you are looking for a good iron that will get the job done, this is it. It's easy to use and the steam feature works well. It doesn't have an auto shut off, so that may be something to consider.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this product to be ultimately middle-of-the-road, not standing out one way or the other. It heats up a bit more slowly than some other irons, but maintains heat well. The weight distribution and handling is nice, the form factor is...generic iron. It's a nice product. Not a great product, certainly not a bad product. Ultimately, it's "just what it is."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently washed all my curtains and needed to iron them all. This product made that task so much easier. Non stick feature was awesome and I used this on a few different types of fabrics. Everything looks amazing. I highly recommend this iron.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would not recommend this product. It has a few faults and doesnt seem to be very well made. The lid for the water is very flimsy and does not seal. Water also poured thru the iron when i tried using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam iron is VERY light. I suppose that can be a good and bad thing. Lightweight makes it easy to maneuver, but it's so light that it doesn't feel like it's made of quality materials. The nonstick face plate does it's job. It does leak some when using the steam feature for a while. Overall a good, basic iron if you do not do a lot ironing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the Proctor Silex nonstick adjustable steam iron. I work in Public Safety so I use my iron 3-5 days a week for my uniform. This iron heats up super fast compared to my last one. It is smooth and nothing sticks to it even if I am using starch. This is a great iron and seems to be holding up well. It is very easy to clean up. I am very pleased with this purchase.
