Pretty, but not sure about the practicality

I've been using this case for about a month. I love the design (Green Diamond by Dom Streater) - it's fun but doesn't come across as too immature.
The front and sides of the case have some grip, but the back of the case is totally smooth so when I lay the phone down on a desk, table, etc, it spins when I swipe the screen. It may sound silly, but I like to lay my phone down and use it with one hand, and I end up having to place the phone next to other objects so it doesn't move around.
More of a concern, my phone fell from my baby stroller got a crack in the screen. It looked like it hit on the edge of the case then landed screen up. There aren't any scratches on the screen, and the crack doesn't make the phone unusable, but I think I need to find a case that offers more protection.

This is the second time I am purchasing this exact same case for my Galaxy S7.
The first case was on my phone when I accidentally tossed it off a second-floor balcony onto the sidewalk. The phone bounced several times, and I thought surely my phone was destroyed. But when I went down to retrieve it, the case had a 1-inch crack and slightly damaged corners. The phone didn't have a single scratch -- it was in perfect condition!
I figured that, much like you replace a helmet after it's been in an accident, you should replace the case. Otherwise, I'd keep it, because it's still totally functional and would probably still protect the phone fine for most stuff.
Also, I love that this case is streamlined and not much bigger than the phone itself, plus the clear back allows you to see the back of the actual phone. I was afraid in the beginning that that would make the case less strong, but apparently not.
Probably the only 2 things that are *slight* annoyances are that the case is a little difficult to take off if you need to change the SIM card or something (but it keeps it from coming off if you drop it as well). Also, the corners on the back of the case were a little worn where it would rub against surfaces, but that was after a year of use. Otherwise, I love this case, and I *really* love that it saved my phone!
I'll definitely be buying my phone cases from Otterbox from now on.

I have only used this case for a few weeks but I am very pleased with it. On older versions of otterboxes I at times had difficulty getting the side buttons to work properly without pressing really hard, but this is super easy. I love the Perfected Angles design, and have gotten compliments on it.
This case is slimmer than the Symmetry I had on my S5, the bumper around the screen is not as raised. It's nice to have it so slim, but it does concern me a little bit that it might be lesser protection. However, I have been an Otterbox faithful for quite a few years now, and haven't busted a phone since I started using their cases. So I have faith that they have maximized how slim the case is while still providing comprehensive protection.

I bought 2 cases for my phone this month. And have used both of them. One was more for the looks & the other was for the durability while we were on vacation. I have been using Otterbox cases for several years now and have never had a problem wirh any of them. They are durable, pleasing to the eye and have definitely saved my phone from damage many times. (Including a dog chewing on the phone when I wasn't looking).
My fiancée also uses them for his phones and is satified with them as well. He works in a warehouse enviromment and had never had his phone break or get damaged even when dropped on the cement floor!!!

I bout this about 2 weeks ago. I like that it's slimmer than the commuter case, I was a little nervous it wouldn't have the same level of protection but about 10 minutes after I put the new case on I slammed it on the black top and no damage done to the phone or the case. Bonus points for it being cute, I didn't realize it was otter box when I saw it at the store.

The product has a nice design that i get complements on. The color is more of a salmon than the pink that I thought that it was. The symmetry line definitely feels a lot less sturdy than the commuter version. Overall, I like the product.

Fits very well, not quite as slippery in the hand as the old Symmetry cases, and the design/color just makes me smile every time I use my phone! Very happy with this purchase. The only thing that would make it better would be some kind of non-slip surface added to the back of the case

I love Otter Box cases and their extreme durability. This cases light color however is disappointing. The solid pink rubber portion will not come clean after only a few days. Very sad. I would recommend the product just not this one in particular.
