Not worth it

The dryer itself works great, unfortunately the screen went out and now it's worthless.
Getting it repaired is a pain in the rear end and is expensive!

Cons: Did not meet expectations, ends up costing you way more, does not work without touchscreen
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Dryer Broke after one year

My wife and I bought this washer/dryer combo and were very pleased with the performance and style of them. Just outside of our one year warranty, the buttons and LCD screen stopped responding. It was very pricey to have fixed.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the first gas dryer I have owned and I'm glad I got the gas model...if your wanting to control it with your cell phone then get the electric model as this one you can only monitor it (stupid if you ask me). Other then that it is a quiet and efficient dryer. We do one load a day and there are tons of setting to choose from so you can dry anything. If you can't decide between controlling it with the cell phone or going with gas..... then get the gas model...trust me!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: cant control with cell phone

Love the dryer and the touchscreen, only complaint is the smart phone app is pointless and for the price the pedestals should be included. I havent broke down and bought them yet.

The Bright Color LCD Screen is easy to see and us, Wish the Smart Phone App had more functionality but other than that, great unit!

Thank goodness for extended warranty from big box hardware stores. The month the Samsung warranty expired, we started experiencing issues with this dryer. There are two adults in our house and most of our clothes are dryclean so we only launder 4-5 loads a week. In three years we have had 3 replacements of the control unit. We were told by the technician that there is a known defect in the control systems so all he was doing was replacing the defective unit with another defective unit, there was no fix. Sure enough, two more replacements on the exact same issue. Avoid this product. It works great when it works, but don't expect it to last more than a year and Samsung will not stand behind the product. Same issues with the washer. Just look at the reviews and yet Samsung states there are no known issues with the product!

Great Addition to My Home filled with Samsung

I have owned and enjoyed Samsung products over the years, from 9000 series LED Tv's, dishwasher, washer and dryers to all-in-one Microwave/Ovens.
The new addition to my NEW home is this GREAT! washer.
As a family that uses home automation, and a smart phone as a way of life, the Washer and its mobile application, keeps us alerted when wash is complete, even start from the application.
So many options to choose from on the color touchscreen.
